Behind her “Lead Differently™” leadership model, Angela Fletcher is an exceptional people leader who practices what she says. Backed by 25 years of well-honed expertise in human resources and leader development – and in the businesses of consumer goods, healthcare, and hospitality, she is often described by her clients as a pragmatic strategist, innovative problem-solver and a keen executive coach, with a sixth sense. Fletcher holds a bachelor of science degree in industrial arts & technology from Tennessee State University’s School of Engineering and is armed with credentials as Certified Human Capital Strategist, Certified Mediator, and a lifetime Senior Professional in Human Resource certification from the Society of Human Resource Management. Currently, she is pursuing the Certified Management Consultant designation through the Institute of Management Consultants. She is also a member of the Best Practices Institute, Human Capital Institute and Institute for Management Consultants.
