Julius Pryor, III, is General Managing Partner of JPryorGroup LLC.  He is a speaker and strategic consultant in high demand. He helps individuals and high performing teams marshal strengths to realize true potential. His focus is on conceptual thinking: becoming more comfortable being uncomfortable. He speaks about how to be relevant in the 21st century.

Previously, Pryor has served as Vice President, Global Diversity for Coca-Cola Enterprises. He developed a strategic plan for the Company’s diversity and  inclusion efforts.  He has also held the position of Vice President of Global Diversity for Johnson & Johnson Consumer Group where he fostered innovative thinking regarding new products and customer relationships and established fresh approaches to managing workforce, workplace and the global marketplace.  

His career, including positions with Russell Corporation and TAP Pharmaceuticals, demonstrates a proven record of success in pharmaceutical, medical device and consumer product business units around the world.  

In addition, Pryor was a U.S. Navy Officer under various commands.  He has completed course work at the National Defense University (NDU) and Naval Postgraduate School (NPGS).  He also holds the rank of Captain and is a certified instructor for the Navy Officer Leadership Development Program.

Pryor is a graduate of Morehouse College and the Williston Northampton School in East Hampton, Mass.  A sought-after speaker, he has delivered presentations at several prominent universities and organization events across the world.  In March 2010, he was keynote speaker at the first-ever Israeli Diversity Summit in Tel Aviv.
