Keith A. Webb

Director, Office of Cooperative Education,

Spelman College

Keith A. Webb is the director of the Office of Cooperative Education at Spelman College. In this role, he works collaboratively with faculty, students and staff to build a cooperative education program for Spelman, which will focus on opportunities that align academics with professional practice.

Prior to joining Spelman, Webb worked for Merrill Lynch & Co. for 28 years.  He spent the majority of his career successfully trading U.S. Cash Equity securities. In September 2004, he joined Global Markets & Investment Banking Diversity & Inclusion to focus on campus recruitment and retention. After relocating to Atlanta from New York in 2007, Webb worked as an executive in residence at Spelman and Morehouse Colleges. In this position, he played a strategic role working diligently with students from both campuses to expand their soft skills and professionalism.

Webb holds a bachelor’s of science degree in organizational management and received a master’s certification in human resource management.
