Progressive Techniques

Nancy J. Lewis is a leading motivational/inspirational speaker, trainer, author and registered corporate coach.  She is the President of Progressive Techniques, Inc. based in Fayetteville, Ga., where the theme of her organization is “Developing a Better YOU!”   

Progressive Techniques works with organizations that want to develop their people potential and employees who want more fulfillment in their lives and careers.  Lewis conducts dynamic keynotes and seminars on customer service, leadership, diversity, human resources, and personal enrichment.  Her clients include companies and organizations such as:  Delta Air Lines, Inc., Chick-fil-A, Inc., FORD Motor Company, AT&T, Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP), and the Kimberly Clark Corporation.

Previously, Lewis was an adjunct faculty instructor at Georgia State University and a Dale Carnegie instructor.  She is a former talk radio show host and the co-author and author of two books, respectively, Sisters Together: Lessons Learned That Have Anchored Our Souls and Things to Do to Be a Better YOU.  In addition, she is a contributing author to Career Compass for Women.

Lewis earned a master’s degree from Georgia State University in urban and public affairs with a concentration in human resources.  She is a graduate of the Georgia Women’s Business Council 2008 Mentor Protégé’ Program and member of the National Speakers Association (NSA), Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), Worldwide Association of Business Coaches (WABC), National Association of Female Executives (NAFE) and many other community and civic organizations in the metropolitan Atlanta area.
